With design goals in mind, the team embarked on a creative brainstorming process. We envisioned a left sidebar navigation for seamless access to various platform sections and contemplated innovative ways to visualize shipment data, order information, and client interactions. This phase nurtured ideation, resulting in initial sketches and wireframes that framed the platform's structure and interactions.

Iterative Design and Feedback

The iterative design process began with the creation of interactive prototypes that mirrored the envisioned user flows. Through rigorous usability testing, we gathered invaluable feedback from logistics professionals like David. This iterative approach allowed us to refine interactions, clarify information hierarchy, and address pain points identified during testing sessions.

UI and Visual Design
